Terms and Conditions of Use

Offer applies to residential or cellular phone service only. Restrictions apply. Prepaid account. Fair use policy applies. Account is based on one simultaneous call, and for residential purposes only. All calls to landline phones are included. Calls to cell phones may be included, as marked above, or by adding credit for calling telephone numbers that happen to be outside the coverage of this plan. The country list is subject to change or modification at anytime without prior notice, and it excludes certain call types such as calls to non-geographic and premium numbers. No activation fees will be charged if the unlimited account is activated on an existing residential or cellular telephone.

If a new unlimited phone line is elected by the customer at this price plan, then sales tax and a onetime activation fee of $125 would apply for an 8-line device. Also, high speed internet would be required for a VOIP box issued for a new telephone line. An additional monthly charge of $1 for E-911 services would apply on a new phone line, unless the customer elects to have this added service feature removed from the account. Number transfer may take up to 10 business days, and is subject to existing carrier approval
